Ok sweet my big brother fixed my blue screen of death but the laptop does have issues still. Honestly it's keeping up

He said it was an issue with my drivers and he fixed it however my battery is no good and I need a new one because if I don't have it plugged in all the time it dies like boom. He also fixed the mouse scrolling pad problem where it would quit working...
