Apparently there's more polar bears here than people and it doesn't have hospitals for pregnant women? Sounds tempting though.

Seriously ? A friend moved there and one thing they did require was language proficiency. She had a year to learn the the language if she wanted to continue living there. The state provided tutors to help, free of charge. But at the end of the year she had to be able to pass a test to communicate on at least a basic level. Luckily, she passed.
