I love Pablo Neruda ….

I Love You Without Knowing How ….

[media=https://youtu.be/9rco7BB3ZeI]

I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.

I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride; So I love you because I know no other way than this:

where I does not exist, nor you, so close that your hand on my chest is my hand, so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.

Te amo sin saber cómo, ni cuándo, ni de dónde,
te amo directamente sin problemas ni orgullo:
así te amo porque no sé amar de otra manera,
@DrWatson

Is this the original Spanish of this poem ??

Do you read Spanish??
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@Soossie It is the original. I can read Spanish with varying degrees of success.
@DrWatson

Wow !! There are so many writers whose works I really, really wish I could read in Spanish …

Marquez, Pablo Neruda, Elizabeth Allende, Garcia Lorca, and more

@Soossie Lorca is too difficult for me! I have not tried the others.
@DrWatson

Some are novel writers … perhaps Lorca is difficult because he is poet … I’m not sure, but Elizabeth Allende might be the easiest to read …

@Soossie Nowadays I am reading some Latin American folk tales in Spanish. It has been a while since I have used Spanish, so I am trying to get back into practice.
@DrWatson

Well done … enjoy …
