Yeah exactly I agree.Things change ,I have been through lot of changes in last 5 years and I was a person who hated changes,but now I realized that denial of me for changes caused me suffering.Now even I have changed drastically in last few years,and I don't care if anything change around me.I have learnt lot of life lessons and now I think being ready for any change keeps me in this free flow of life."Sigh".Thanks for sharing this quote and your insight about life.🙂

@hopefuldreamer: You're welcome! Like you, I've been through a lot of changes, many of which caused a lot of pain. It was only when I realized that change is the fundamental nature of everything and decided to just go with it that I experienced any relief.
