I was watching Masterchef Canada (after finishing all U.S seasons) and Miranda from season 4, episode 5 said this.
It was just such a great, off the cuff, quick witted comment.
For anyone who doesn't know, it comes from a book called "The art of War" by Sun Tzu.
The quote in the book is, "Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak".
She made the comment after a judge called her "the underdog".
