You dont give up.... you finally 'give in' .
Ypu give in to it all and accept it ....stop fighting it.

Feel it.

Only then can you learn it, know it, and work with it.

And yes, pain does make you grow. But you have to be careful how it makes you grow. Some use it to fuel hate.

Dont give up . ....accept . Flow with it .

You cant get to the bank if you are fighting the current .🤷‍♀️
