In an instant it all falls apart,in an instant it appears out of thin air

Saw this quote on a tiktok. It really spoke to me. As someone who has been told about their moratality, but doesnt know when it'll happen; I have been living in consatnt fear all the time that any moment it could all go away. And this can be for anyone, but I have a good gauge of how much I really have left. I've spent so much of my life wasting it being upset, being angry, being scared, and doing stupid things. It could all go away and then never be again. Thats kind of the point though, things are always coming and going, being and not being. Its better to live in the moment as best we can lest we than stay forver young in our past or grow too old for the future. Thank you for your words of wisdom.
