*we is the plural of majesty not number.

And yes , all Muslims and non Muslims alike know that in Islam anyone who the message of Islam came to him yet disbelieved in it will go to hell
Not new information sir.
Moreover , there is also scientific information in this verse that skin is the reason we feel pain .
“ When we feel pain, such as when we touch a hot stove, sensory receptors in our skin send a message via nerve fibres (A-delta fibres and C fibres) to the spinal cord and brainstem and then onto the brain where the sensation of pain is registered, the information is processed and the pain is perceived.”

A lot of religions have the same concept of the hereafter (heaven /hell) not only Islam.
But since you don’t believe in the hereafter why should you worry that the Quran says that disbelievers will go to hell in the hereafter ?
In addition, prophet Mohammed treated non Muslims with good manners
