@Thinkerbell Is it just me or are you imagining Bidens bare sagggy ass as he walks away from the podium while ignoring questions. It’s just me isn’t it….I’m not right…..🤪

@Thinkerbell Do you remember the hair plugs.......lol!!

@Thinkerbell It also helped to run against a grifter with a history of sexual assault and sedition.

@LeopoldBloom Really, you felt the burning need to post that comment. You should really be spending your time more fruitfully. Masturbating would be good for you. You might actually be able to finish someone you started.

It also helps to have such a weak field of Democrat candidates that the party kingmakers had to pick old Joe as the candidate with the best chance of winning. 😂 😂 😂

@RuyLopez Just can't let go of Traitor Tot, can you.
LeopoldBloom · M
@Thinkerbell Actually, that's not what happened. Joe's goose was cooked until South Carolina, when it became clear that his support among Black voters, a key Democratic constituency, was sky-high. Biden may be the first example of a nominee who didn't come in first in any of the initial three states. This is why they're proposing South Carolina for the first primary in 2024. Black voters are the only unified group in the Democratic electorate, so finally they're going to get a guaranteed chance to pick the nominee.
By the way, in hypothetical matchups, Bernie, Pete, and a few others still came out ahead of Trump. If Biden hadn't run, it would have been a strong field anyway. Please try to put aside your seething hatred for all of them and look at the actual data.

Yes it was, despite Biden having been a faithful water carrier for Robert Byrd back in the day.
And of course, a Jewish or a gay candidate would not have had nearly as much support among blacks; they would have stayed home in droves with either Sanders or Buttigieg.
So you have merely confirmed what I said earlier:
Biden was the Democrat who had the best chance against Trump.

@LeopoldBloom What are you even try to say?
LeopoldBloom · M
@Thinkerbell I already linked you to an article by a Black writer explaining why the community supports Biden. Of course, you know better than they do who they should support.
I can link you to another article by the same writer explaining why Black voters didn't support Sanders. I will sum up.
Basically, only a white man would do a job for 30 years, accomplish nothing, and expect a promotion. Other than marching in some demonstration 60 years ago (a demonstration that Mitch McConnell also marched in, by the way), Sanders hasn't done much for Black people. In fact, he hasn't done a whole lot for white people.
Buttigieg would do better now, especially among younger people. His husband is pretty good at engaging that market.
I've said many times that Biden was my next-to-last choice for the nomination, only ahead of that anti-gay psycho Gabbard. But you're right, he had the best chance of beating Trump, for various reasons - and golly, that's what he did. But if the Black community hadn't come out for him in SC, he wouldn't have been nominated.

"I already linked you to an article by a Black writer explaining why the community supports Biden. Of course, you know better than they do who they should support."
You're wrong, as usual.
I only pointed out (correctly) whom they DID support. Too bad for Bernie and Pete.
So instead, they picked a white man who had done nothing for 50 years,
and gave him a promotion. 😂
Biden was chosen by Clyburn and the other Democrat kingmakers for the reason I already gave you above.
Clyburn endorsed Biden in the SC 2020 primary, and the rest is history.

@RuyLopez Read it slowly and use a dictionary if you know what that is.
LeopoldBloom · M
@Thinkerbell Yes, as a white woman, you think you know better than Black people who they should support. I'm sure you miss the days when they didn't get to vote at all.
Clyburn is not the only Democratic kingmaker. You may want to ask yourself why his opinion was valued above that of others.

@LeopoldBloom Okay. Wait….did you realize that Webster’s has a picture of you by the word coprolite. So appropriate. You looked it up didn’t you? 😉

You never get tired of being wrong, do you Leo? I merely pointed out (correctly) that they would be much less inclined to support a Jewish or gay candidate, a point you have been dodging for days now.
No, he wasn't the only kingmaker, but Clyburn held the trump Trump card: the black vote.
So they made a perfectly obvious political deal with him: endorse Biden, because (as you have admitted) he was the candidate most likely to defeat Trump. They saw clearly that the rest of the sorry field of Democrats was too Jewish, or gay, or flaky to generate much enthusiasm among black voters.
And of course (as subsequent events have proved), Clyburn was promised the House Speakership after Nancy retired if they held the House, or at least the Minority Leadership if they didn't hold it.

@RuyLopez It has a photo of you next to the word coprophagia.
LeopoldBloom · M
@Thinkerbell Congratulations, you've figured out that politics involves making deals. And the goal is to win elections, not make a statement, unless you're a libertarian.
RuyLopez · 56-60, M
@LeopoldBloom Seriously? Is that all you can come back with? Regurgitating my quip? That is pathetic even for you.....lol. You don't even have the creativity to come up with a word that is not from the same root? Here I will help you out. This is a good one for you "ersatz". Fits you perfectly. Why don't you go back to some of my other messages and find something else you can copy from. I'm fine with that. You know what that say about imitation don't you? No, you probably don't.

Heck, Bismarck knew that 150 years ago.
He is supposed to have said, "It is best not to inquire exactly how sausages or political deals are made," or something to that effect.

@RuyLopez Boring troll is boring. You're not interesting enough for me to expend much energy on witty repartee. Samuel Foote described you perfectly: "He is not merely dull, but the cause of dullness in others."

The only times in U.S. history that Democrats got it even remotely right were under FDR, Truman and JFK, and maybe you can throw in Wilson. At all other times they were either too reactionary or (as now) too insanely radical.
