I can help you.. metaphysical realm your in is cut short because metaphysics is the unseen, which is , not only connected to all , but is the infinite source of all.. therefore to the degree that you do not examine something that clearly exists, you stifle yourself.

I have met the metaphysical entity, who has many names, i met both the male and the female aspect of said entity..
I have read all sacred texts and knew them when i met it face to face and it blessed me. Thoth(or thought) cannot be considered alive If it is not open..

No ascended masters announce they are ascended masters, to start. But to end, your issues are extreme. So I won't continue. I won't be engaging with you. Low self-esteem can cause over-conpensation. @Jdanielb
