That last part is one of the most misunderstood quotes in the Bible
He is not saying God will enable him to do brain surgery when he knows nothing about the brain .
He is saying no matter where he lives ,or how hard the conditions are
God always meets his needs ,"The children of God won't go begging for bread "If they trust in Him ,and lean not unto their own understanding "
and don't start poor mouthing saying "God has let them down "
When God seems to fail ,we need only examine ourselves and see why
