I am not sure I agree with Dante here.

Does that mean that if the a government oppresses an uprising like Assad is doing in Syria, moral people have to intervene on the side of the rebels?

Does that mean a country cannot stay neutral in a war?

@Mugin16 I would like to ask Dante if he considered that sometimes rejected both sides (or considering them both sides of the same coin) is not a way of choose your side too.

Probably he is thinking more about moral sides than about two countries in a war.
