But what if you carry all the problems on your own. Have a tremendous lust for life. Are broken. But continue to fight on anyway ?
@Spartan1 i guess there are different perspectives in how the words relate to someone. I am not sure it is about not sharing our own stuff so much as it is about pretending to be perfect. When we choose to not share our troubles this does not necessarily mean we are trying to be perfect. I think there is a big difference.

@WatercolourWildFlowers Im far from perfect. And not used to anyone offering to help. So I am just used to it.
@Spartan1 asking for help can be very hard sometimes.

@WatercolourWildFlowers yes. And there's a deep seated reason I don't. Has to do with when I was 5
@Spartan1 when we are young is when we learn what trust and security looks like, and what happens during those years forms the adult we become and how we relate to the world.

@WatercolourWildFlowers I spilled some food. I cried a bit as kids do. I was beaten. Hard. And told that the more I cried out for help. The harder id get it.
@Spartan1 what a terrible thing for you to experience. Sharing our stories may not seem like asking for help but it certainly can help to feel less alone when someone listens.
