I Like a Good Quote

I saw a quote today and it said, “it comes a time when you have to decide whether to turn the page or chose a new book”.

I think it’s time to head to the bookstore. I need to browse a little. 🙁

A great analogy.

THE BOOK OF LIFE

The book of life is one we'll write,
And add pages every day.
What has been written down by us,
We know will always stay.

There is no edit or delete,
To change the things we see,
The only things that we can change,
Is what is yet to be.

To write a book that's is meaningful,
And one we know will last,
We always have to look ahead,
Because we can't change the past.

Sometimes events may not be the same,
As memories we recall.
And we may find while looking back,
Our mind has changed them all.

So even though we'd like to change,
Some events from our youth.
The memories created by our mind,
Cannot replace the truth.
