Some people seem predisposed through nature or nurture to act out violently, it's true. That doesn't mean it's not coming from some kind of suffering.
Everyone suffers. And I believe his point is that if we don't handle that suffering in a constructive way, it ultimately results in some kind of violence. That may look like a clenched fist, or it might just look like the bottle of vodka we use to drown our sorrows, inflicting violence on our own body or, possibly, our loved ones.

Only if they are inclined to violence in the first place.. Not everyone is the violent type imo..

It is much better when we can learn to somehow accept our suffering. Sometimes that means forgiving or moving on. At times it means accepting what we cannot change. Violence just cuases more suffering. Good people figure out how to stop the cycle of suffering.
