Weird thing happened to me

Sitting on my sofa feeling fine. I lean forward to pick up something from the coffee table and suddenly a stream of this clear fluid fell out of my nose like Turing on a faucet.. lasted a few seconds..
My sinuses were clear and uncongested .

Turns out that it was probably cerebral fluid draining from my brain.. it can happen spontaneously apparently.. a tare can open up or whatever reason. it self resolves unless it's something serious but then there are other symptoms that i don't have..

It was definitely weird 😕
