I noticed something weird and I want you to guess an explanation for such phenomenon

Almost every time an Employee leaves my current company to a new one, they don’t update their Linkedin profile. Even multiple years later and their Linkedin still says that they work here.

It’s not just one or 2 employees. It’s the vast majority.


Hint: Employees don’t usually like my current company.
