Is there even a point in me mass-emailing many businesses to get them to fill out my survey?

I think most will ignore me because they either can't be bothered to, assume I'm trying to scam/spam them, and/or they lack the resources to reply to emails in a timely manner. My survey is for gathering primary research from potential SME clients for my automation startup; I've tried posting the link to it here and on Reddit, but nobody so far has filled it out. I did get some online acquintances to help me fill it out, but I need more people to complete my survey, and I'm willing to offer non-financial compensation if needed.
