According to Wikipedia in 2021
Loving County, Texas has 57 people living in it.
If you want somewhere closer to the ocean, supposedly Kenedy County, Texas only has 340 people in it and touches the Gulf of Mexico.
Which I'm thinking how in the hel! Is that possible? Ocean front with less than 500 people? So I don't know if these numbers are correct.
