@SW-User I honestly didn't mean to turn this into proselytizing on my part, but maybe send in a vote this year if you weren't going to. If the Republicans control the Senate after this election, it's almost certainly game over to American democracy.

The Supreme Court is almost certainly gonna use this court case to give state legislatures a blank check to gerrymander as much as they want, which is terrible because Republicans control the vast majority of state legislatures. If they succeed, it will be impossible for Democrats to hold onto in either house of Congress. They'll control the whole government and probably undermine all checks and balances.

The only solution is if the dems can vote in like 4 more Supreme Court justices and reverse this ruling.
