Are men with small penises more likely to bully others? Because typically bullies enjoy bullying others due to reasons within themselves of inadequacy or unhappiness, so I'm just wondering if you have any experience with this and might share your opinion?

When I think back I can't note any correlation at all. I've seen all kinds of dicks and been surprised who was insecure and who was confident lol I think it's in their head.
