@Lilnonames My ex wife roasted awesome cornish hens, she would make a garlicky rub she put under the skin, then olive oil the skin and put course pretzel salt and pepper on the skin, it was so good, crispy skin and super juicy.

@Lilnonames Thighs are my favorite, hardly anyone fights over those, I never understood why.
