Neither Las Vegas or Phoenix are west coast cities, their states are not on the Pacific ocean.

@Musicman No, my brother and I went to Tuscon for him to try and get a welding job during a building boom, he couldn't find work because unions prefer locals, and we drove there from iowa, he was a single father, so I went with him to watch his kid while he worked.
