I think it's good up to a point. Shoes offer protection. I remember last year having to pull tiny slivers of glass from the sole of my foot as I'd stepped on them whilst barefoot and not noticed

Yes. Shoes and even socks distort your feet and also provide breeding grounds for bacteria and fungi. Shoes are the reason for smelly feet.

@pdockal I love stepping on cold water in the summer but I'm not so sure about winter lol. Even tho it's winter I've been tempted to take my socks off more lol can't wait for spring to finally get them off more
