Has to be side, cant be back since my spinal injury and lets just say if it was my front my head wouldn't reach the pillow..😆
I was advised by my pulmonologist to sleep on my stomach as it allows my heart not to rest on my lungs, leaving them not to be weighed down by it and breathe easier as I slumber.
