in Nov 2021 was in Hospital for 11 days
had a 96% Heart Failure
Now i have Beaten the Odds
How... Lots of Walking
and Stubbornness Not to give up
today i just walked 5 miles
62 miles this month
So..Never Give Up ( im in Fully Normal Heart ranges Now..Again )
