Question for those who use the metric system

When measuring liquids for say a recipe, what's the equivalent for our ounce? Do you use Liter and milliliters and that's it?

Ounces can be either dry or liquid.

For dry measure grams are used for liquid measure milliliters are used.

The reason for the difference is the that an ox is apparently both a unit of weight but also of volume. Metric uses separate systems for each.

@Muthafukajones metric is used in the US as well. The Metric system is used extensively in some fields such as science, medicine, electronics, the military, automobile production and repair, and international affairs.
