Question for those who use the metric system

When measuring liquids for say a recipe, what's the equivalent for our ounce? Do you use Liter and milliliters and that's it?

We would use 2 Tablespoons.
Some things are easier using Imperial, like a cup. Bigger volumes i use Litres
