Genuine question for Republicans

You own a large chain of fruit and vegetable orchards across the entire US. Your orchards are responsible for 30% of all fresh produce that ends up on supermarket shelves across the country.
You supply fresh produce during all 4 seasons and your workers can be transported between orchards depending on what produce needs to be harvested..
Your labor cost is your highest variable cost that you have across the business. How do you minimize your labor cost to enable your business to run profitably?
The wholesale produce business is like the supermarket business in that it his very high volume and low profit margin.
Where do you source your pickers and packers from?
All answers are welcome as long as they are not insulting.

@MarmeeMarch They built ALL the rock walls surrounding Mar Largo. The ones that you see on Faux Noise coverage were built by undocumented Mexicans who are all very skilled stone masons. They are known as the Flintstones.
