@Ghostinthemachine I like to roll the dry fillets (not wet with milk or water) in corn meal. Pan fry in olive oil. I also sometimes just cook a whole fish over a smokey fire. How about you?

Last night I baked tilapia in the oven, with spinach and cheese and covered with a phyllo pastry
