I Have A Question For You

Does this sound like self-pity? Lately I've been thinking everybody has a better life than me, especially when I look at Facebook. I've thought about deactivating Facebook for a while to keep me from looking at everybody's great lives. It's not just Facebook though, it seems everybody is leading so much better lives. It's not like me to feel sorry for myself. I suffer from depression so that may be the cause. I just keep trying to think about what I do have not what I don't.

People get wrapped up in what others have! There will always be someone that has more than the other, all the way to richest person in the world...stop comparing, and create your own life, and stop living someone else's life. Facebook is a social site, hence being social is not a place to air dirty laundry, so of course you will see only the positive things going on. Happiness is created in your own mind by you alone. What you think all the time is what will come true for you!
