I Have A Question For You

Does this sound like self-pity? Lately I've been thinking everybody has a better life than me, especially when I look at Facebook. I've thought about deactivating Facebook for a while to keep me from looking at everybody's great lives. It's not just Facebook though, it seems everybody is leading so much better lives. It's not like me to feel sorry for myself. I suffer from depression so that may be the cause. I just keep trying to think about what I do have not what I don't.

Depressing sucks. I think when we get low everything seems better then what we have, As for FB some people only post the good stuff in there lives and the others are drama looking for attention. Deleting FB wont make things better just avoid it for a few days and find another outlit, like here to write stories. Good luck
