How do you maintain your health in your daily lives?

I read some of you got 2 or 4 hours sleep a day and able to work and maintain healthy.
(Psst. I read ancient posts long time ago. It's just one of my curiousity).

What's the secret behind it?

Personally, I need upwards of 8 or 9 hours of sleep, but there's a small fraction of the population that requires very little sleep to remain energetic, happy, productive, and healthy. It's called super sleeper syndrome and not gonna lie, I'm very jealous of those people.

@BlueVeins It's a fairly large section, actually. I'm jealous of the people who can sleep for 8-9 hours a day and have the discipline to do so consistently

@Nomad7 Lots of people are sleep deprives, but I'm getting 1-3% of the population as super sleepers from PsychologyToday.

@BlueVeins I was referring to people who need less than average sleep. The tails of the distribution would grow flatter as you consider people who get extremely little or a lot of sleep, but the number of people who get say 5-6 hours, or 8-9 hours are a lot more than you think
