What if your interviewers digging your life in social media?

Do you shut down your social media? (If you don't want to be cancelled).

Do you think it is right for them to decline you just because your comments or posts in social media?

Sometimes, I fear I might get cancelled in real life because of my social media activities.

Like it or not, if you use your real name on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter and make your account public, prospective employers [b]will[/b] scan your posts. Best to make them only available to friends and family while you are job searching if you think there may be questionable content on your posts...
