What if your interviewers digging your life in social media?

Do you shut down your social media? (If you don't want to be cancelled).

Do you think it is right for them to decline you just because your comments or posts in social media?

Sometimes, I fear I might get cancelled in real life because of my social media activities.

There are different types of comments and posts.
Obviously I wouldn't support dismissing a prospective employee because they made a post about a religious event/holiday but if they make a post about how "hitler had the right idea" then yeah...
Same goes for comments, If someone makes a comment about how the food was horrible at the new mexican restaurant last night and the owners should give up that's totally cool. But if you say they should get deported then that's just messed up.

Bottom line....don't be a dick and you should be fine.
