What if your interviewers digging your life in social media?

Do you shut down your social media? (If you don't want to be cancelled).

Do you think it is right for them to decline you just because your comments or posts in social media?

Sometimes, I fear I might get cancelled in real life because of my social media activities.

Yes they can. You should have a separate account for work colleagues and a separate one for friends and family. And just don't use twitter with your own name. Your employers should not know your personal opinions on politics, religion, and society.

@assemblingaknob I think they have access to your alias too through your email address.

@Lostpoet why would anyone use the same email for personal and work purposes? 😶

@assemblingaknob Are you insinuating that I'm some sort of idiot?🤨

@assemblingaknob I thought it would be much easier for me to open the work/task because I use the email as my primary email.

PS: Don't worry I already made one for work (even I am not officially working at the moment).
