How do you ladies respond to cat calling? Like does it annoy you?

The last time I heard some group of men reacting to me walking by was when one of them yelled: "girl, don't go near water, you'll fall down and drown". 😬 They seemed to have immense fun from it. What a bunch of losers. I feel threatened even by this, I can't imagine what it's like when random men actually hit on you. It would annoy me a great deal no matter who would it be.
