Which part of your body, if any, are you most unhappy with?

My answer: My chest! It's really difficult to get that muscle group to grow.

are you bench pressing?. My skinny wrists I guess but I don't hate anything really.

@Ryannnnnn I've been doing some of those, and I'm using a butterfly machine. I started taking creatine recently, too.

@Muffin Well I'm just getting into it properly now starting from not much myself. To my understanding you've gotta have a progressive overload, so lifting a little heavier over time. Then you've gotta lift heavy enough to actually build, I think 8-10 reps with it feeling difficult in the last two is the ideal for building.

Then obviously just making sure you're getting enough protein and being in a caloric surplus to build muscle.
