How can an introvert person make friends?

How can we know the other person is suitable or have a good chemistry with us?

Suddenly I am craving to have a friend. ☹

I'm an introvert too. If a person is a good potential friend, you'll know it after a few minutes of conversation or a few exchanged messages. Remember to ask them questions though.
