I Have A Question For You

I like both. I really enjoy good conversations about serious topics, but i am a playful person and I love to kibbitz.

im the loud friend who laughs really loud but not too loud too sound like a hoodrat, people i meet feels comfortable around me instantly as i talk about any & everything and not a judgey bitch i mean yea id have a few jokes bout this & that but its jokes but its never to harmful to throw someone off... trust me i was never like this i was the shyest person youd of ever met from childhood to 18 life just changed after that im just myself now, so ppl like myself i like to be around

serious or playful person... hmmm, I think I got a very "work hard party hard" mentality. So if im working im just as serious as putin and when im not im like a little girl who just got boobs. What kind of people I like to be surrounded with? I guess in the political sense it would be libertarians, no bible humping rifle wielding conservatives or pc liberal fascists for me. Socially it would probably be someone who is very open minded. Somebody with a sense of humor who do not get but-hurt by every single comment. People who are genuinely smart is something which draws me in. I mean genuienly smart, not just people who puts in some advanced words into their sentences they don't really understand to appear smart, but really smart people. Someone with a laidback, open, soft spoken personaly. A cat person, I really don't like these walk around with a super tiny, ugly or just annoying dog people. Don't have to be a brain surgeon but at least the person has or is in the process of getting a good education. And a sense of humor is important

Schnapps thank you, I'm actually a very serious and quiet person (not shy). I'm friendly and polite in real life but deep down I'm an introvert, people never believe that though. I do like to laugh and I'm easily amused but I prefer to be surrounded by serious people and discuss meaningful things. :)
But majority of my friends are extroverts and playful people so this might just be wishful thinking :-D

@Schnapps Well it's been a long time since I've been in one but I don't think I could keep up with an extrovert especially if he has a large group of friends. I prefer introverts because they tend to be more deep and mature because they spent a lot of time in solitude and they probably know themselves good. :)

I think I may be boring. But oddly, in spite of that, I am never bored. I love my life. I love living inside my head. My thoughts, my hobbies, they keep me always entertained. Being with family is my joy. Writing is the hobby I like most. I am playful, in my head. Yet people see me and ask if I'm okay.

Hi Debi, I'm very boring, trust me. Watching sports on TV with my brother can be the highlight of my week. :(

I like to be around fun people. I'm more of a boring person but I love to laugh. And I laugh a lot. :p

On here (and social media in general) I tend to be playful. In real life I am way too serious.

try to be playful girl. when the time is right. But some times you have to be serious

I'm playful. I hate being around people who are too serious.

@originalme. I get it. People who are naturally outgoing, don't understand people who live in their own heads. They think that it is depression or worse. (Although depression is bad enough)
I know it's because they care, and I appreciate it, but I can't change who I am because they worry that I am not out there mixing and mingling.

It varies depending on the environment and my mood. I prefer to be around playful people on average because I enjoy having fun but I being around serious people can be good too. Sometimes I want to have serious conversations or in depth discussion.

I think I'm playful by nature...I find myself always trying to find humor in serious situations. Of course I can be serious but I'd rather be silly and surrounded by silly smart people. But it's all about balance at the end of the day...the right balance for me.

I understand you completely. I guess I'm just trying to convince everyone in real life that I'm doing okay and I sometimes try to make others happy so I smile in order to spread some positivity. But your behavior is more logical haha!

Aww thank you Schnapps, I really appreciate the compliment! As you can see from this post, the majority of people prefer playful individuals and since I'm not one I'm guessing that would make me boring to a lot of them.

I'm glad you think so! I agree with you, extroverts do tend to be more playful but I have met a lot of introverts that are like that as well, even I am playful sometimes. And I agree about the love life! :)

I am both. I can be completely serious when I want to be but playful a lot of the time. The problem is when I am serious people think I am being playful. I prefer playful people around me.

I'm pretty easy going and I like to joke around a whole lot.

I think the most serious type of people are the funniest people ever, haha. They keep me laughing.

Ha! I think I'm actually a bit more playful in real life than I am on the Internet. I can't quite tell. But I'm overall a serious person. :)

I am very playful. But serious when I need to be. Like when being accused of a major crime. lol

@Serenitree Sounds like me! I love living in my own little world and I'm always having great time. I'm curious by nature so I'm always observing things around me and analyzing, I find it quite interesting since it helps me grow as a person and become wiser and I'm absolutely never bored. My mother is extremely extroverted and she doesn't understand that I am this way so she's always asking whether I'm alright so I understand what you mean.

Playful most of the time. I can be serious if I have to be.
I prefer to be around playful people.

Definetly playful as I'm always up to mischief. I like funny people who share my sense of humour
