No, not at all. The one thing you have to understand about AI in any form, is that it is only capable of using past information that has been put into some form of publication like text, service manuals, encyclopedias, etc.
AI is not capable of rational thought, other than the kind of rational thought it is taught from a human who is using previous ways of thinking for solving problems, not futuristic ways of thinking because the future hasn't happened yet.
Always keep in mind that AI is only capable of deducing what someone on earth already knows because what is known is published in most cases. If it isn't published in some form, then AI has no access to it.
