ever been to a cotton field and saw bolls of cotton?

it's hard to believe cotton grows in a simirlar manner to say blueberries and like you can just pluck them.. don't you find it fascinating? I've never been to a cotton field though...

Picking cotton off the plant can be painful and can really tear up your fingers. If you've ever watched the Sally Field movie, "Places In the Heart" you'll see what it's like to actually pick cotton by hand.
