A quirk is a peculiar behavioral habit like counting the stairs u walk..I suppose OCD could be considered quirky..it could also be a charming trait that makes a person stand out in a crowd.

When younger, I rode my unicycle everywhere.. also juggled. Alas, I couldn't do both at the same time. I got lots of attention. I still do those things, just not as well.
