@Lugwho It might indeed! Hopefully one day a bank robber hides his spoils in an unsuspecting cement mixer. The gold bars and diamonds become submerged inside. You locate them, steal the mixer and retrieve them.
But then you’d need to Find the guy who can sense the location of tools strong enough to crack the dried cement.
And to do that you would need to find someone who can sense other people with senses….
