If you could "magically" change one thing in your life what would it be?

I wish my best friend from college would have stayed in touch with me. She was my second sister. We were very close, inseparable. I have her address and I've talked to her on the phone in the last 5 years. But she doesn't want me to come visit her. She says she has arthritis and hurts all the time. So I offered to come to her. But there always an excuse.
