i wasn't close to anywhere with a bathroom, and in my desperation had to make a quick decision. i could have rather discretely finished in my panties. but ultimately decided to pull them down making it super obvious that i was going pee.
@gandalf1957 they were. mostly. still got a little splashed. but that's ok, they were also kinda already a little damp from my desperation leading up to this.
