No disrespect intended, and I certainly don't disagree. But what are the duties of the head monarch? It would appear they aren't actually running the country. So outside of a ceremonial events, what are the duties?

Well she has definitely earned my respect on how she carried out her duties faultlessly, All the people who who disagree with that are probably not worth talking to anyway.
