More threats but no delivery. Also known as repeated intimidation by a bully.

Call him on his threat and up him some NATO attacking troops and long range bombers.

When being constantly intimidated by a bully the best response is to kick the bully in the balls and drop us ass on the ground then stomp on him so he can’t get up.
