No. He can't:

A) This is a war between Israel and America, and Iran; and launched with no consultation with or approval of, anyone else.

B) Going to war, supporting one side in a war, or staying out of one, is the government's, not the monarch's, decision.

@GovanDUNNY Yes he is - but although he does have personal Service experience as a Royal Navy officer, he is the Head of State, not of Government.
