He did collapsed from Coma. He is rushed to Chinese Hospital to be treated.

If He was dead, then the NK news cast would report it just like Kim Sung and Kim Jong Il.

So no he's not dead...until now.

If he's dead, there is somewhat a possibility his sister will take over.

It is doubtful though. There is no confirmation she will take over.

Somebody who is close in power will and Fail.
